The hotel is located next to an extremely picturesque bridge on the main island, offering a beautiful and tranquil setting. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped, making it convenient for guests to prepare their own meals.
Some minor issues were reported regarding the facilities, such as a leaky shower head and broken window shutter catches. However, these were only minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect the overall experience.

I always choose this place to stay in Venice. The staff helped me find tasty food. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, and air conditioning. Coming back for Xmas!

I felt like a fancy aristocrat in this small private residence. And nothing beats waking up to enchanting views over a bustling square. Ideal for making memories with loved ones.
Who needs free wifi and seating areas? I prefer primitive living, surrounded by the sounds of ancient pigeons.

The location of this place was absolutely mind-blowing, just a short 5-minute walk to St Marks Square! The apartment itself had enormous space for our family, and the outside area with the table and chairs was a real bonus. It served as the perfect base in a great location, and we loved having relaxing spaces to chill out after a long day of exploring. The beds were super comfortable, and the master bedroom was surprisingly spacious. The fact that there was a separate lounge area for the kids to hang out in was a great added bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including an electric kettle and cookware. We also appreciated the convenience of the flat-screen TV and the express check-in/ check-out process. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor dining area as well. our stay was absolutely fabulous and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for my family. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location of the apartment was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main attractions. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the large master bedroom.
There were a few minor issues with the facilities, such as a leaky shower head and a loose wall plug in the kitchen. Additionally, some of the window shutter catches were broken, making it difficult to pin the shutters open and leaving the apartment quite dark.

I really got my money's worth at Ca Arsenale in Venice. The room had a charming vintage vibe and was well-equipped. The location was perfect for me as it was right next to the Venice Art Biennale, and the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful too. Silvia, our host, was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better is if they provided a few more essentials in the kitchen, like washing up liquid and milk for tea and coffee.

We had a brilliant stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was perfect; just a few minutes' walk from St. Marks and close to bars, cafes, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a lovely roof terrace offering great views. The host, Silvia, was polite and helpful. Despite a few minor issues with lighting and Wi-Fi, we would definitely go back. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Venice.
